Many homeowners and real estate agents think a consultation is unaffordable.  This is not true!

We offer specific evaluations:

• Residential Homes (in which the owner is not moving)

• Business and Home Offices

• And finally….Home Selling

We have been doing Feng Shui evaluations for over seven years, and they’ve been done for hundreds and hundreds of residential properties, quite a few offices, and several retail businesses.  We have even done a church, a ranch, a night club, vacation homes, and a Wal-Mart!

Any environment can be improved by taking the time to look at both the inside and outside to evaluate different influences.

The cost of a consultation is based on the actual services you require, and the amount of traveling necessary.  In most cases, there is no additional charge for travel.    Whatever your goal, just call and we will discuss what you need, and that will give me a better idea of the time involved.  You will find that my fees are very reasonable.

For example, if a homeowner or a real estate agent wants me to consult in the selling of a home, an evaluation can be paid for in two ways:

1)  $175 on the day of the evaluation; or,

2. $100 on the day of the evaluation, and $100 when the home sells and closes.
