I love doing one-on-one COACHING with real estate agents that want to be encouraged and guided to become OUTSTANDING in their real estate career (using Feng Shui).
I created a coaching system that aids an agent through each step in their marketing, prospecting, and effectiveness. I wanted it to be a service that took away concerns about cost, but at the same time developed a consistent, powerful business for agents. This coaching program is also a training program. It is literally life changing as it creates a unique real estate agent who is VERY successful but, at the same time, VERY unique. Uniqueness is rare in the world of real estate. Most customers will say there is little difference in what each agent brings. My coaching clients, after 6 months, even receive a certification (Feng Shui Staging Professional). You will be self-sufficient at this time, although some agents continue because of the many benefits of working with me. They like having me along to "shape" their marketing messages and to aid them with each new client.
In the program, we meet online once a week but communicate every day if needed. I take you through steps where you evolve from becoming an expert on Feng Shui to an agent who uses the techniques to become a "hero" for both your seller and buyer clients.
